Understanding Your Bill
Receiving your bill for the first time can be confusing and we would like to take a moment to explain what you should expect. Our bills are rendered on the 1st business day of the month and are due on the 25th of the month. The sample below shows an installation occurring on the 8th of the month, which means the first bill received would be almost 2-months of charges.
If you have telephone service you will see the same type of billing with prorated charges from the date of installation and current monthly charges.
You will only see prorated charges when service changes are made to your account after the initial installation.
If you receive your billing statement through SmartHub you will receive an email notifying you it is ready.
